Terms of Service
Multify (the "Service") is an AI-assisted outbound operating system that helps users discover buying signals, score ICP fit, activate CRM contacts and owned lists, generate campaign drafts and reply suggestions, and manage outbound execution and handoff.
Registration:
To use the Service, you must register by creating an account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for all content you enter into the platform and for all activity in your account.
Credit System:
Multify uses credits for actions such as signal scans, enrichment, campaign generation, and other outbound workflow operations. Credits may be included in subscriptions or purchased through one-time packs.
AI Core Plan:
AI Core provides monthly credits and access to the outbound workspace, ICP context, campaign execution features, and premium AI capabilities.
Billing:
Subscriptions are managed and billed by Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you agree to Stripe's payment terms. Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annual) and will renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation and Refund:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account page. AI Core subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The first AI Core Monthly subscription is eligible for a 7-day guarantee counted from payment confirmation. Annual plans, renewals, and one-time credit packs are excluded from this guarantee.
Your Property:
You retain all intellectual property rights to the original content you enter into the Service.
Our License:
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, modify, and transmit your content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. This includes sending your content to be processed with AI models.
Generated Content:
Content generated by the platform is your property and you may use it freely. However, due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be completely unique. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the generated content meets your needs and complies with the policies of the platforms where it will be published.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Insert any content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or that violates the rights of third parties.
- Attempt to circumvent your plan's usage limits.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or overload the Service.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service has technical and business limitations that you should be aware of:
Technical Limitations:
- Outbound workflow actions may consume credits depending on scan, enrichment, generation, or execution volume
- Processing time may vary from seconds to minutes depending on platform availability and demand
- Monthly quotas and feature availability depend on the selected plan
AI Limitations:
- AI-generated campaign drafts, replies, scoring, and recommendations may require human review
- Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, response rates, or uniqueness
- AI may not perfectly interpret every signal, profile, contact, or commercial context
- Generated outbound content should be reviewed before sending or publishing
Availability:
- The Service may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance
- Queue wait time may vary depending on demand
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Premium features are exclusive to Pro subscribers
The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your expectations. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
